A valid credit card is required at check-in for room charges and incidentals. Guests will be responsible for direct payment of incidental room charges at check-out. Bookings of 5 rooms or more, are considered a group and other terms and conditions will apply. Upon checkout this hold will be released if no negligence has been found. Should we find excessive negligence in client’s suite at checkout, client will be charged $110.00 PLUS to credit card depending on damages. Daily housekeeping is not included and can be requested locally for a fee per day, to be paid by the guest. Hotel with Resort Fee Minimum check in age is 21 years, one person in the paerty needs to be 21 years of age to allow check in.
