PARADOR DE LAS CAÑADAS DEL TEIDE

This Parador is a mountain mansion in the heart of the Teide National Park, with impressive panoramic views over the volcano cone, the Cahorra caldera and the Montaña Blanca, an ideal place for the astronomical observations the Parador offerts.

The hotel has a swimming pool and a terrace in the middle of nature. Inside, it has a spacious lounge with a fireplace, typical of a mountain house.

Its rooms are spacious and decorated in a classic style, with wooden furniture in dark tones and stately fabrics.

The restaurant offers a menu with traditional Canarian dishes such as rabbit al Salmorejo (tomato soup), Papas Arrugadas con mojos (wrinkled potatoes with sauces), Canarian stwe, and fish from the Canary Islands.
