Starting January 1st, 2026, a new procedure for deposit management at check-in will come into effect. All guests will be asked to present a valid credit card upon check-in, which will be linked to their reservation. In exceptional cases where the guest cannot or does not wish to provide a credit card, and the stay has been fully prepaid prior to arrival, check-in will still be possible, but access to items subject to deposit will not be available.

There is a shuttle between the hotel and the airport (for a fee). The hotel has a reception, a lobby, Wi-Fi as well as cash machine. In the outdoor area you will find a garden as well as a pool (open all year), where sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for free. There is also a separate children's pool.
