The pool opens from June 15 to September 30 approximately. On arrival the client will have to pay a deposit per apartment by credit card or in cash.

* Set of 15 semi-detached houses located in the "Vía Marina Urbanization" in one of the quietest areas of
Miami Platja, less than 3 km from the beach and 2 km approx. from the urban center where you can find all kinds
of shops and other services. It is a place of easy access, with the Mediterranean highway less than 500 meters away. Near the bungalows there is a supermarket and restaurants, golf course.
The complex has a communal pool (open from June 15 to September 30 approximately), children's play area, individual garden with furniture and barbecue.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION
The capacity of the townhouses is 4/6 with the following distribution:
Ground floor: It consists of a living room with sofa-bed (two seats), television, independent kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge), a toilet and private terrace with barbecue.
First floor: It consists of two double bedrooms (double bed and two single beds) and a full bathroom.
Included: Lingerie equipment appropriate to the capacity of the apartment except bath towels.
Cleaning at the entrance and exit of the client, weekly change of clothes and rational consumption of water and
electricity.

Cots for babies: € 5 per day
