The cleaning service is performed on alternate days, changes of towels are 2 times a week and bed linen changes once a week. If you require an extra change of sheets or towels, you must request it at reception. Regulations use of swimming pool: - Take a shower before entering the pool. - Children under the age of 6 must be always accompanied by a responsible adult. - It is forbidden to reserve sun loungers. We will remove the belongings of those sun loungers that have not been used for 45 minutes. - The use of floats such as doughnuts and cuffs is permitted, the use of mats is not allowed. - It is forbidden to play with balls, jump into the pool, use loudspeakers and glass or crystal elements. By way of compensation for the works being carried out, if you book, you accept this compensation and declare that you will not claim any other compensation from Apartamentos La Peñita. La Peñita complex has implemented a new remote reception service to better assist guests arriving outside of regular reception hours. * Remote Reception Hours: From 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), once the complex’s physical reception closes at 5:00 PM. During these hours, all arrivals will be handled remotely, and guests will be provided with clear and efficient instructions to access their accommodation. * Important: Check-ins during this time must be done via the video intercom located at the entrance on Calle Chalana, to the right of the main door. The intercom is clearly marked with a sign. IMPORTANT – OCCUPANCY POLICY AND EXTRA CHARGES Please note that all reservations must accurately reflect the total number of people (adults and children) staying in the apartment. In the event that any additional children not included in the original reservation are found upon arrival or during the stay, an extra charge per child per night will be applied and must be paid directly at reception. Pool hours by season are as follows: JUL – SEP: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. MAR / JUN – OCT / NOV: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. DEC – FEB: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 1.- Reception Every day of the week from 9:00 to 20:00. 2.- Check-In between 20:00 and 24:00 Our team will be pleased to attend to your check-in remotely, every day from 20:00 to 24:00, through the video door phones installed at the two entrances. Check-in and check-out time The official check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out must be before 12:00. Important: From today until 5th October, the reception will be temporarily located in Apartment 119.

In the vicinity of the sandy beach and approximately 50 m from the sea lies the aparthotel Apartamentos La Peñita Lanzarote. The nearest restaurants and bars can be reached in a few minutes on foot. For your comfort there is a concierge service. If necessary, you can contact the medical centre at any time. Guests at the accommodation can get a wake-up call from the hotel personnel. If you want to explore the holiday region, you can use the car rental service close to the hotel. At the hotel reception, tickets are offered for excursions in the area.
