The rooms labelled as economy rooms do not have a view and face an area under construction. Upon check-in, a security deposit is required as a pre-authorisation on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) as a guarantee for any damage to the property, which will be released 24 hours after check-out. Any damage and/or breakages occurring during the stay under the guest's responsibility will be charged to the guest. The Resort reserves the right to charge the guest the corresponding amount at check-out or after departure. Complaints should be addressed to Reception during your stay. Measures will be taken to resolve the problem. Complaints will not be accepted after departure. Reservations by minors under the age of 18 are not permitted. Occupancy of a property solely by children is not permitted. The occupancy of an accommodation unit by children and young people up to the age of 18 must always include 1 adult. At the Spa, children up to the age of 16 may only use the indoor pool when accompanied by an adult.
