The scheduled maintenance to the main lobby ceiling of Seadust Cancun Family Resort has been completed as of July 16, 2024. Main Reception: Has been reopened and is fully operational. MTS (Mexico Travel Solutions, Tours & transfers), Photoshop and Car Rental have also been reopened and are currently located at the main lobby. Hospitality Desk for TA Reps: Has been reopened and is fully operational. Prior appointments are still required via email with 24 hours' notice. Spa: The spa also continues to be relocated to the 8th floor to take advantage of the spectacular Sunset views that the premium suites provide for the time being.
