Therefore, 2025 will be the last year of operation for this service. Despite this change, htophotels will continue to offer the TOP Passport programme, which allows guests to enjoy the facilities of other hotels in the chain (subject to conditions based on the category of the booked hotel). The hotel reserves the right to request a security deposit (in cash or by credit card) from groups of students, athletes and other organised groups to cover any potential damage or breaches. The amount and form of this deposit will be determined by the hotel prior to the group's arrival. 9.4 Special provision for minors (aged 16-17) Understanding that minors under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or group leader of legal age expressly authorised in writing by their legal guardians, it is established that guests between the ages of sixteen (16) and seventeen (17) will be admitted when they are not accompanied by any of the aforementioned persons, on an exceptional basis and upon request, provided they present written authorisation signed by their father, mother or legal guardian. This authorisation must include a copy of the passport or official identity document of at least one of the parents or guardians, who will assume legal responsibility for any act occurring in the hotel that is attributable to the minors.
