Viral antigen tests will be provided on-site at no cost for guests boarding flights to the United States due to a commitment of the Dominican government, who will be subsidizing the testing material. For other markets requiring the antigen test, they can do them on site for a price of USD$50. Other markets requesting PCR tests can request appointments through our Concierge Desk with Hospiten or other hospitals/labs. The costs for PCR tests is approximately USD$125. Tests and transportation expenses will need to be covered by guests. Tests need to be scheduled by guests on arrival at our Concierge Desk, where they will be instructed on the procedures to follow and the date the samples will be taken. Antigen test results will be available 3 hours after samples are taken and PCR test results may vary from 48 to 72 hours. If any guest tests positive and does not require medical assistance or hospitalization, we will have available a designated block of rooms where they will have to remain isolated as well as their companions. Room service will be offered free of charge as well as basic room cleaning services.

A minigolf course offers fun for the family. If you want to stay on the ball during your holidays, you`ll find a football pitch. Those who want to practice archery will find facilities for this at the hotel. Also table tennis is offered at the hotel. 2 tennis courts (hard court) can also be used by hotel guests. The wellness area offers beauty treatments (extra fee). Children can be looked after in the hotel`s own miniclub. For child care there is a babysitter service (extra fee) in your place of accommodation. Furthermore there is a youth club. The hotel also offers a games room for adults.
