A security deposit is required upon arrival. This will be charged by credit card. The refund must be made within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card after an inspection of the accommodation. All flats are cleaned once a week. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms on request and at an additional cost per day. Guests will have to pay a refundable deposit for the use of the router upon check-in.
